More Clarity. Less Pressure. Better Follow-Through.

6MONTHS · ONLINE

You've already accomplished a great deal, often while managing aspects of ADHD that require more attention and effort than people around you may realise.

You've likely developed strategies, adjusted your environment, learned about executive functioning, and become skilled at finding ways to meet important responsibilities.

But you may also be noticing that certain patterns persist, despite how much you've learned.

Perhaps you can identify why you procrastinate but still find it difficult to begin an important task.

You recognise when a conversation has affected you emotionally, yet struggle to regain perspective and return your attention to other priorities.

Or you've become so effective at compensating for difficulties that you regularly meet your obligations at the expense of your available energy.

At some point, it becomes worth asking whether continuing to collect strategies is the most useful next step.

What if the real opportunity is to understand your individual challenges more accurately and receive support applying what you learn?

That's the foundation of ADHD Mindset Mastery.

A brass compass resting on an open notebook with an aqua accent

Through my ADHD Context Compass™, we explore what's contributing to the difficulties you're experiencing and consider practical responses suited to your circumstances.

This is not about asking you to lower your ambitions.

It's about finding more effective ways to pursue them without assuming that every challenge requires greater pressure, effort, or self-control.

Who the programme is for

For Accomplished Women Who Want More Than Another ADHD Strategy

Sara Kelly, ADHD coach

ADHD Mindset Mastery is designed for women who have already demonstrated their capability but want to change how much effort certain aspects of managing ADHD require.

You may recognise yourself in these experiences:

  • You understand your ADHD, but still find that knowing what to do and doing it can be very different experiences.
  • You can manage complex professional demands but sometimes struggle to initiate smaller tasks.
  • You rely on urgency to create momentum, even when that means working under unnecessary pressure.
  • You spend significant time revisiting decisions or processing emotional experiences.
  • You have practical systems, but their effectiveness changes depending on stress, responsibilities, or circumstances.
  • Hormonal changes, perimenopause, menopause, or other life transitions may be affecting how you experience ADHD.
  • You're accomplishing important things but have less energy available for yourself than you'd like.
  • You want support applying ADHD knowledge to your individual circumstances rather than another collection of generic strategies.

You don't need to prove that you're capable or motivated.

What you want is a more informed and sustainable way to manage the challenges that continue to demand your attention.

And you're prepared to invest time and resources in understanding those challenges properly.

Why this approach is different

Why Trying Harder Isn't Always the Answer

The Self-Management Misread

When you have ADHD, difficulties with follow-through, emotional responses, and routines can look like problems of consistency or self-control.

I call the tendency to interpret them that way The Self-Management Misread.

It happens when we assume we need to manage ourselves better without first examining what's contributing to the difficulty.

The challenge may involve executive functioning, emotional responses, expectations, environmental demands, or available capacity.

A more useful response begins with understanding the situation instead of automatically increasing the pressure.

The ADHD Context Compass™

The ADHD Context Compass™ is my approach to helping women understand their ADHD experiences before deciding how to respond.

We examine what's happening, how you're interpreting it, what may be contributing, and which responses are worth considering.

For example, difficulty starting a project may require support with task initiation, clearer decisions, managing emotional activation, or reconsidering expectations.

The outward behaviour can look similar even when the appropriate response is different.

Likewise, an approach that has worked for years may need adjusting because your responsibilities, health, environment, or available capacity have changed.

The Compass helps provide a more individualised foundation for those decisions.

The goal is to support meaningful progress without automatically making pressure your primary ADHD management strategy.

More Clarity. Less Pressure. Better Follow-Through.

The three pillars

What We'll Focus On Together

These three areas are interconnected. Through my ADHD Context Compass™, we look at what's contributing to your challenges so you can develop greater Emotional Steadiness, Confident Follow-Through, and Sustainable Energy in ways that fit your individual circumstances.

Pillar 1

Emotional Steadiness

ADHD can influence how intensely you experience emotions, how you interpret situations, and how easily you're able to regain perspective.

When stress or emotional overwhelm builds, it can also make it harder to focus, think clearly, make decisions, and follow through.

Emotional Steadiness is about understanding these connections so you can recognise what's happening and respond in ways that support you.

Rather than expecting yourself to stay calm in every situation, you'll develop greater awareness of your emotional patterns, learn what helps you regain perspective, and build confidence navigating difficult moments.

01

Understand Your Response

Recognise your emotional patterns and understand how everyday stress or overwhelm can affect your focus, decision-making, and ability to follow through on what matters.

02

Respond With Confidence

Learn to recognise when emotions are running high, manage your reactions more effectively, and make thoughtful choices even in challenging situations.

03

Recover More Quickly

Develop ways to regain perspective after criticism, setbacks, or overwhelm, so you can refocus and move forward without carrying the impact through your day.

Pillar 2

Confident Follow-Through

Knowing what you need to do and being able to follow through are not always the same thing when you have ADHD.

You can have clear priorities, meaningful goals, and every intention of getting something done, yet still find it difficult to get started, make decisions, or maintain momentum.

Confident Follow-Through is about understanding what's interfering with progress and finding approaches that address the actual challenge.

Rather than relying on urgency or pressure to get things done, you'll learn to make more informed decisions, adjust your strategies, and build confidence in your ability to move forward.

01

Understand The Barrier

Discover what's making it difficult to get started, make decisions, or follow through, so you can identify what needs to change and what might actually help.

02

Make Meaningful Progress

Find practical ways to turn your intentions into action and make progress on important goals without constantly depending on deadlines, urgency, or pressure.

03

Adapt Your Approach

Recognise when your usual strategies aren't working, make adjustments that fit your changing circumstances, and maintain momentum without having to start from scratch.

Pillar 3

Sustainable Energy

Being capable of doing something doesn't always mean you have the capacity to do it right now.

Many accomplished women with ADHD have learned to meet demands through extra effort, high expectations, and finding ways to compensate when things are difficult. But constantly relying on that extra effort can affect your energy, focus, and ability to manage other priorities.

Sustainable Energy is about recognising how your responsibilities, emotional demands, expectations, and environment influence your available capacity.

You'll learn to make more intentional decisions about where your time and energy go, adjust expectations when needed, and continue pursuing meaningful goals without relying on constant pressure.

01

Recognise Your Capacity

Understand how your responsibilities, emotional demands, and daily circumstances affect your energy, focus, and ability to manage what matters most.

02

Reconsider Expectations

Recognise where expectations or unnecessary pressure are draining your energy, and make adjustments without compromising what matters to you.

03

Support Your Priorities

Make intentional choices about where your time, attention, and energy go, so you can pursue meaningful goals without exceeding your capacity.

Your path through the programme

ADHD Mindset Mastery

01

Explore

Through the ADHD Context Compass™, we explore what's contributing to difficulties with emotional responses, decision-making, follow-through, and available capacity.

02

Apply What You Learn

You'll have opportunities to bring actual situations from your life into coaching, consider different approaches, and adjust your strategies as your circumstances change.

03

Adjust as Needed

This gives you more than information to consume. It gives you opportunities to apply what you're learning, revisit challenges, and receive support when a strategy isn't working the way you expected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ADHD Mindset Mastery suitable for women diagnosed with ADHD later in life?

Yes. ADHD Mindset Mastery supports accomplished women with ADHD, including women who received their diagnosis in adulthood.

The programme isn't exclusively for later-diagnosed women. It focuses on understanding your individual challenges and developing approaches that reflect your circumstances.

How is ADHD Mindset Mastery different from general productivity coaching?

ADHD Mindset Mastery is ADHD-specific group coaching built around Sara Kelly's ADHD Context Compass™.

Instead of focusing only on productivity, the programme explores factors that may contribute to difficulties with emotional regulation, executive functioning, task initiation, follow-through, and available capacity.

The ongoing coaching format also gives you opportunities to apply what you're learning to real situations and adjust your approach when circumstances change.

Can ADHD symptoms become harder to manage during perimenopause or menopause?

Some women experience changes in attention, memory, emotional regulation, and executive functioning during perimenopause and menopause.

Hormonal changes, sleep, stress, health, and other life circumstances may influence how manageable ADHD feels.

ADHD Mindset Mastery helps women consider these factors when understanding their challenges and adapting their approaches. Coaching does not replace medical assessment or treatment.

What does ADHD Mindset Mastery include?

ADHD Mindset Mastery is a six-month online group coaching programme.

It includes two live group coaching calls each week, a self-paced online course, practical resources, and a private community.

The programme focuses on Emotional Steadiness, Confident Follow-Through, and Sustainable Energy through Sara's ADHD Context Compass™.
